Further Information

A medium-sized friendly club, but it does not currently offer teaching for beginners or very young children. The club meets in the club room on the first floor (sadly there is no lift and this room is not accessible to wheelchair users). Founded in 1920 when it originally met in members' homes. The club began competing in the Birmingham & District Chess league in 1923.
