Warley Quinborne are League champions and also champions of Division 3. Stourbridge are champions in Division 2. Halesowen just pip Warley to become runners up in Division 2 because of their higher aggregarte score against Warley.

Mar. Bulletin 3 issued in March reported the death of Kevin Ryder (Halesowen and Kidderminster clubs) "after a long battle against illness".
27-28 Jan. 11th Dudley Spectrum Congress.The first prize was shared by Tyson Mordue and James Sherwin with 4 points from 5 games. There was a five way split in the Major.. The event was held at the Quality Inn Hotel and attracted just under a hundred players.
23-24 Sep. 10th Dudley Spectrum Congress. Golam Ali won the Open scoring 5 points from the five games.The tenth Dudley Spectrum Congress was held at Ward Arms Hotel and 55 players competed.
