This tournament is at 10:00 am to 3:00pm Sunday 26th November 2016 in the Dining Hall, at King's School Worcester for players aged between 6 and 18. There will be five rounds - 30 minutes per game - and some players may have a speed-play tie-breaker game. The entry fee is £6 for individuals and £20 for teams of up to four players. There is a reduced entry fee for current members of Worcestershire Junior Chess Academy. The tournament is organised by Worcester Junior Chess Academy for Worcestershire Chess Association by Dr Raymond Collett.
The venue has steps so please contact the organiser if your party includes a disabled person. The venue is provided by The King's School Worcester.

The tournament director has recent experience of organising chess tournaments for junior players and has recently been DBS checked. The organisers are assisted by carefully selected volunteer chess teachers and players.
