Halesowen retain Division title with match to spare

30 Apr. Halesowen sign off with a win against Greenlands to complete this season's fixtures
19 Mar. Droitwich beat Halesowen II to take over top spot until Kidderminster II conceded against Halesowen II and Halesowen get a win against Headless Cross.
9 Mar. Droitwich foil Headless Cross' bid for top spot
25 Feb. The Division 2 leaders draw to leave Halesowen top
3 Feb. The club room at Rocklands has suffered major water damage and it is not certain that Rocklands can provide a venue.
21 Sep. It is with sadness we report the sudden death at home on Friday 21 September of Ken Durnell, captain of Kidderminster II team. 18 Sep. Fixtures dates are now complete.
23 Aug. At the fixtures meeting, last year's Division II champions declined promotion so the competing teams are the same as last year. Captains and Club Secretaries were reminded that clubs are liable for the game fees (£2 per board) of any player who is not a member of the English Chess Federation.
