Results for Under-12 to Under-17 Sections
All players in this tournament had qualified as a result of their high position in school-level tournaments held during the Autumn term. The age sections were merged. This means that younger players who scored well this year can look forward to very good results next year. Pupils from Hereford Cathedral School made a clean sweep of the under 16 competition. Worcestershire's Bredon Middle School's Samuel Wood achieved splendid results against many older players and this promises well for the future.Players whose names appear in green coloured panels qualify for the National Gigafinal to be held later this year. Prizes were presented by Mr Ian Howarth, Mercia Megafinal Organiser for the previous year.
