4 Sep. The season ended with Worcester Pawns and Stourbridge on equal match points, but Stourbridge had won two matches by default and the two teams had draw against each other. . Stourbridge captain Paul Sharratt offered to share the title and this offer was endorsed by team representatives at the Annual Meeting.
3 Mar. Greenlands lift from bottom place with their first win.
8 Jan. Worcester Pawns confirm their leadership of the division with a New Year win at home against rivals Kidderminster Pawns. Only Stourbridge can catch them.
9 Oct. The first match result is in: an away win for the reigning champions.
14 Sep. Hagley confirm that they are withdrawing from Division 2.
11 Sep, Andrew Farthing reports. AGM and fixtures meeting. There are six confirmed entries in Division 2 and they play one fixture only against each other. Kidderminster Pawns took relegation to Division 2 and replace Kidderminster Rooks who replace them in this Division. Hagley do not wish to enter Division 2 this season. There are no results yet. The fixtures meeting was on Wednesday 10 September at St Stephen's Church Hall, Droitwich Road, Worcester WR3 7HS.
